Shipping policy

Please double check and confirm that your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order.

If the address is incomplete or incorrect, the item may be delivered to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable - in which case it will be returned to us. At the point of shipment, the customer is responsible for any product that is not accepted by them due to incorrect address, theft, or any other reason.

If the item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for an additional shipping charge to re-ship the product to an updated address, and also responsible for providing that updated address to us within 14 days of their returned item being received (as they will be notified by email).

If the undeliverable shipping address was proven to be an error on our part, we will waive the additional shipping charge and may provide the customer with a one-time use discount code to apologize for the inconvenience.

As is stated in our Refund Policy we do not offer refunds for items that were returned prior to requesting a refund.
